Sensei Stephon Billey is an experienced Personal Trainer with over 8 years in the field. He specialises in weight loss & body transformations through combining strength training with cardiovascular training & a clean diet. Trained by World Champions in Thai Kickboxing & currently a 1st Dan Black Belt WKO England Kickboxing Sensei with The World Kickboxing Organisation England (WKO England).

Where ever you are currently at in your journey, it is important to stay focussed to achieving your goals. Stephon has trained Olympic Boxing Athlete's, Kickboxers, Thai Boxers, MMA Fighters, Florence & The Machine, Models, Office Workers, Rehabilitation Clients, Special Olympics Athletes & regular gym users.
